O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions "that the petitioner shall report before the Dharmapuri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction limit of Adiyamankottai Police Station" imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11266 of 2020 by order dated 30.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11266 of 2020 on 30.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11266 of 2020 on 30.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
