The petitioner seeks relaxation in the condition (iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1072 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.700 of 2023 on 31.01.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on first working day of every month and on all hearing dates.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following order:- The condition (iii) insofar as it relates to the direction Page No.1/3

to the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month, is relaxed.
