JUDGMENT

It is represented by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the suit has been settled out of Court between the parties and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above settlement between the parties, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Registry is directed to refund necessary court fee to the plaintiff. No costs.
