O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11123 of 2020 on 27.07.2020 to report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11123 of 2020 on 27.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11123 of 2020 on 27.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
