The Civil Revision Petition has been filed for speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P. No.297 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamalee.

2. It is seen from the " A" diary extract that the wife has moved an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in I.A. No.583 of 2018 for interim maintenance and the revision petitioner / husband has not filed his counter. Hence, the matter stands adjourned to 04.06.2019. It is directed that http://www.judis.nic.in

vsi2 the revision petitioner shall positively file his counter on 04.06.2019 and within a month thereof, the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee shall dispose of the Interlocutory Application No.583 of 2018 and thereafter, within a period of three months, the H.M.O.P. No.297 of 2017 shall be disposed of.

3. The Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above directions. No costs.
