2. When this matter was taken up for hearing on 11.07.2024, none appeared for the respondent and hence, this Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on merits and allowed this petition. However, it was informed to this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the respondent was wrongly mentioned in the cause list. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the correct name of the respondent and list this matter under the caption "for clarification".

3. Accordingly, today this matter has been listed with correct name of the respondent in the cause list. However, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

4. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no further clarification is required in this petition.
