Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner's share of his property in Survey No.208/11 situated Tiruvalam Town Panchayat, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.07.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 19.07.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for issuance of separate patta in his name in respect of the property at Survey No.208/11 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

situated at Tiruvalam Town Panchayat, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District

2. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said request has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
