This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 371 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 10.12.218 made in MACTOP.No.1628 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of R2. He has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. This court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same under the caption "for admission" by printing the name of Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan, as counsel for R2.
