2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the payment of Court Fee is exempted for the present.

However, it is made clear that in the event of the petitioner / appellant / claimant, succeeding in the Appeal, the requisite Court Fee has to be paid for the entire amount, to be ordered by this Court.
