Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the selection result by the respondent for the post of Sub Inspector (Department category) published in on line dated on 18.7.2015 and to quash the same as being illegal, unsustainable in law and mala fide and consequently directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the physical test to be held on 1st week of August, 2015.
