ORDER

When the matter is taken up on hearing on 09.04.2026, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted on 10.04.2026 under the caption for dismissal. On 10.04.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner has given a change of vakalat and accordingly, the matter was listed on 16.04.2026 (today) under the very same caption.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Though the present writ petition is of the year 2024, the petitioner has not taken any steps to prosecute the case. Hence, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
