This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1110 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police once in a month until filing of final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1110 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
