This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6 imposed by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6677 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/A29 is facing trial in S.C.No.173 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Mayiladuthurai for the offences under sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 332 IPC r/w. 3(1) of TNPPDL Act. He would submit that the petitioner had applied for bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6677 of 2023 and this Court, by order dated 24.03.2023, while granting bail to the petitioner, had directed him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties, out of which, one should be the wife of the petitioner. He would submit that the wife of the petitioner passed away and thereby, the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition and hence, he would seek for modification. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.6, imposed as against the petitioner is modified, to the effect that, one of the surety should be a blood related surety. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
