This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of Little Drops - Public Charitable Trust, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7368 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial difficulties, he was unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner and thereby, he seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- by way of RTGS/NEFT to the credit of "Little Drops - Public Charitable Trust, Punjab National Bank, Moulivakkam Branch, A/c. No.05811010002400, IFSC Code : PUNB0058110". The other conditions shall remain intact.
