JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.12.2015, there was no representation for the appellant. With a view to afford opportunity to the appellant, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.12.2015. When the matter was again called on 10.12.2015, there was no representation for the appellant. However, with a view to afford yet another opportunity to the appellant, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.12.2015 (today) "for dismissal".

2.Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed for default. No cost.
