ORDER
Challenging the order passed by the 5th respondent/ Tahsildar, this writ petition has been filed.
2. Admittedly, against the order passed by the 5th respondent/Tahsildar, an appeal remedy is available to the petitioner before the Revenue Divisional Officer and thereafter, a revision petition before the Divisional Revenue Officer. Without availing the alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot straight away filed this writ petition and therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before concerned authority. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
Registry is directed to return the original order to the petitioner.
