This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioners complaint dated 21.03.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is a practicing advocate and said to be the secretary of the Church. It appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and the pastor with regard to the Church services.

4. On a reading of the complaint dated 21.03.2015, this Court finds that it does not disclose any cognizable offence for the respondent police to register an FIR. All civil rights have to be determined only by the Civil Court and the police cannot be allowed to agitate civil and religious rights of the parties.
