The petitioner seeks relaxation in the conditions (ii) & (iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.287 of 2023 on 20.12.2023, that (ii) After coming out of jail, the appellant shall stay in Chennai and shall not leave the Chennai city without the permission of the trial court and that (iii) The appellant shall appear and sign before the trial court every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders."
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the appellant is regularly complying the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the appellant herein is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following Page No.1/3
order:- (ii) The condition that after coming out of jail, the appellant shall stay in Chennai and shall not leave the Chennai city without the permission of the Trial Court is relaxed.
(iii) The condition that the appellant shall appear and sign before the Trial Court every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the appellant shall appear and sign before the Trial Court on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
