The present Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 73 days in preferring the present first appeal against the judgment and decree dated 12.08.2023 passed in OS.No.95 of 2019 by the learned I Additional District Court, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application seeking condonation of delay. I am satisfied that the delay is also not inordinate.

4. Hence, the Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Thirumalaisamy and CMP for interim order shall listed before this Court after admission of the appeal before the Deputy Registrar.
