ORDER

Seeking issuance of patta on the ground that the petitioner has been residing for more than 50 years, a representation dated 03.06.2015 has been made. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
