O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Wakf Tribunal Tribunal, Chennai to dispose of O.S.No.47 of 2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Perused the records.

3. The respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs filed a suit seeking for declaration of title and some other consequential reliefs. As per the proceedings sheet, in O.S.No.47 of 2019, on the file of Wakf Board, amendment of the plaint was carried out. Subsequently, plaintiff examined two witnesses on his side however, the trial could not be proceeded further. It is reported by the 2/4

counsel for the revision petitioner that originally the suit was filed in the year 1995 and subsequently, it was renumbered as O.S.No.47 of 2019.

4. Considering the circumstances explained by the petitioner more particularly the suit is originally filed in the year 1995, the learned Wakf Tribunal, Chennai is directed to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.47 of 2019 and complete the proceedings in respect of amendment and dispose of the same within a period of eight(8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
