Heard Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has challenged the notification issued by the respondent in the year 2009 for granting lease of fishing right for a period of three years. Since the period had already expired, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
