ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed page 3 para 7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6804/2024 order dated 11.03.2025 in the above Cr.NO.17 of 2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed in para 7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6804/2024 order dated 11.03.2025 in the above Cr.NO.17 of 2025., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Saturday, at 10:30a.m., until further orders.
