Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify para no.6(a) the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.7381/2022 on 26/04/2022 by him and sub sequently extent the time for comply the order and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JAYASEELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify Para No.6(a) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.7381 of 2022 on 26.04.2022 and subsequently extend the time to comply the order.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The petition for modification is perused.

3. This Court finds no reason to modify its order imposing the condition while granting anticipatory bail, since the condition is proportionate to the alleged crime. Hence, this petition for modification stands dismissed.
