Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in letter No.1/4410/94 dated 21.01.2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to accept the payment of a sum of Rs.7,61,500/- or any other amount due to the respondents from petitioner and transfer the allotment in the petitioner's name with respect to the residential flat viz., HIG Flat No.62/S1 having 803 sq.ft., of UDS land and 708 sq.ft., of super built up residential flat, Thiruvanmiyur Neighbourhood Extension Scheme, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600 041 and execute the Sale Deed for the same to and in favour of the petitioner with respect to the above property.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would work out his remedy before the Competent Civil Court. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before a Competent Civil Court. No costs.
