The complaint of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has misused the documents that has been handed over to her in order to obtain electricity connection for the building put up by the petitioner in her property to get electricity connection in her (3rd respondent's) name. The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 stating that despite https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the fact that the 3rd respondent is the owner of the land in S.No.646/6A1 which remains vacant even today, service connection has been effected in the name of the 3rd respondent in the building constructed by the petitioner in the land in S.No.646/7A1that belongs to the petitioner. Necessary documents have also been produced. The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the respondents 1&2 to consider her representation and effect disconnection of supply that has been wrongly given.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is able to prima facie demonstrate that she is the owner of the land in S.No.646/7A1, in which she has also put up a construction, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the documents filed by the petitioner and take appropriate action as permitted under law. No costs.
