ORDER

This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the original copy of the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court in O.S.No.1820 of 2020, dated 17.11.2023.

2. The petitioners have not filed any petition seeking urgent interim order in the second appeal. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to entertain this civil miscellaneous petition.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4. The petitioners/appellants are directed to file certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court in O.S.No.1820 of 2020 before the Registry.
