This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Special Judge for trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act Tiruvannamalai to consider the bail application of the petitioner at the time of her surrender on the same day itself in connection with Cr.No.171 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.
