O R D E R

This civil revision petition is filed against the order in C.A.No.12 of 2004 dated 09.11.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal by confirming the Judgment passed in C.C.No.489 of 2006 dated 06.03.2014 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode and set aside the same.

2. Today (15.02.2018), the petitioners and their counsel, complainant are present before this Court. Both the parties have filed the affidavit of joint memo of compromise to Compound the offence under Sections 323, 326 and 506(ii) I.P.C by stating that the parties have settled the dispute between them and to consider the affidavit of joint memo of compromise and permit the complainant and petitioners 1 and 2 to compound the alleged above said offences.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the grievance of the joint compromise affidavit is accepted and the offences are compounded. Since, the matter has been compromised, he does not want to pursue the case further.

4. In view of the above, the Judgment passed in C.A.No.12 of 2014 dated 09.09.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, is hereby set aside and the Criminal Revision is allowed accordingly. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-VII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar kkd To
