ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to correct the online FMB Sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this

writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the present online FMB Sketch for the property is not in accordance with the sale deed standing in the name of the petitioner. In such circumstances, the petitioner seeks for correction of the online FMB Sketch. The petitioner had given a representation on 19.09.2025 to the respondents for correction of the online FMB Sketch. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass

final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2025, seeking for correction of online FMB Sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.
