ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karaikal, every day at Page No.1 of 4
10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31241 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31241 of 2024 dated 16.12.2025 is relaxed.
