(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner, a Ward Member, makes a grievance qua allotment under ''Chief Minister's Solar Powered Green House Scheme'' to 20 beneficiaries of Karunkuzhi Panchayat, vide letter Rc.No.A3/485/2012 dated 23.08.2012 and vide Memo in Rc.No.A3/1577/2012 dated 10.12.2012 alleging that they are in violation of the guidelines issued as per the Government Orders dated 29.06.2012 and 08.10.2012. In this behalf, representations have also been addressed, but to no avail.
2. Learned Government Pleader states that the second respondent is the Officer concerned.
3. In view of the aforesaid, we direct that the representation of the petitioner be disposed of by the second respondent within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned and the petitioner.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently M.P.No.1&2 of 2013 are closed.
