ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to furnish certified copy of the document No.33/2022 dated 16.11.2022 reflected in Serial No.17 of the certified copy of the Encumbrance certificate 1/4

dated 03.04.2023 issued by the respondent to the petitioner relating to his property more particularly described in the petition schedule.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entry is made in the Encumbrance Certificate based on the order of the Joint Director, Enforcement Directorate, Hyderabad Zonal Office. Hence, according to him, to challenge the said order, certified copy of the order available with the registering authorities is required. Therefore, this writ petition. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioner applies for the certified copy in the proper method, the same will be furnished. Such statement is recorded.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to apply for the certified copy within a period of one week. Thereafter, the respondent shall furnish the copy available from the records in a week.
