2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit and considering the fact that the appeal filed by the other accused has already been entertained and pending in CrlA.No.1144 of 2024, this petition is allowed and the delay of 759 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, post the same for admission along with Crl.A.No.1144 of 2024.
