The petitioner submitted an application for compassionate appointment on account of the death of his mother, who was an employee of Kuniamuthur Municipality. The said Municipality was subsequently merged with Coimbatore Municipality. Since the application was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.Learned Standing counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner was called upon to submit certain documents and he failed to comply with the said direction. Learned standing counsel further submitted that the petitioner should make a fresh application along with the relevant documents.

3. The petitioner is permitted to submit a comprehensive application for appointment on compassionate ground along with all the required documents. If any such application is given, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall be considered and disposed of by the respondent within a period of three months thereafter.
