Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order in the nature of writ, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to grant permission to conduct the Cultural programme of Adal Padal on 26.05.2022 at 06.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., at "Sri Ponniamman Temple Festival" Elavambadi Village, Elavambadi Post, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 17.05.2022 made by the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to grant permission to conduct the Cultural programme of Adal Padal on 26.05.2022 at 06.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., at "Sri Ponniamman Temple Festival" Elavambadi Village, Elavambadi Post, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submits that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous as the date of the cultural programme is 26.05.2022 and hence nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
