ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the

petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, except as the dates of hearing before the Trial Court, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2863 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2863 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a week, i.e., on Monday and Saturday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
