ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.4300 of 2026 to stay at Mettupalayam and report before the Inspector of Police, Mettupalayam Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that 2nd petitioner is aged about 75 years and he is having a son and daughter who are blind. Hence, prayed to modify the condition in Crl.OP.No.4300 of 2026.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the age of the petitioners and upon the fact the 1st petitioner is having a son and a daughter who are blind, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4330 of 2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
