November, 1993, November, 1988 and November, 1992, respectively. They are eligible for appointment to the post of Assistant Engineers. The petitioners submitted representations on 11.3.2013, requesting the respondent to promote them as Assistant Engineers. The present request is to direct the respondent to consider the said representations in accordance with the regulations.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners, dated 11.3.2013, on merits and as per law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
