1. Valliammal
2. Uma Maheshwari .. Respondents Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against Fair and Final Order dated 17.01.2018 passed by the Learned District Munsif, Palladam in I.A.No.687 of 2017 in O.S.No. 157 of 2016.
For Petitioners : Mr.M.Sriram for M/s.L.Mouli
ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order made in I.A.No.687 of 2017, allowing the application filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to appoint a Power of Attorney. The defendants 1 to 3 have come up with this Civil Revision Petition.
2. The main contention of the petitioners before the trial Court is that a power of attorney cannot lead evidence about facts of which they have no personal knowledge of. As rightly pointed out by the trial Court, it is the plaintiff who takes the risk and the defendants cannot raise objections on this ground. Hence this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
