The present application has been filed to transpose the Defendants 1, 2 and 3 as Plaintiffs No.2, 3 and 4 as they are the legal heirs of the deceased Plaintiff in C.S.No.134 of 2024.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1901 of 2025 in C.S.No.134 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for.
