This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.29582 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is totally relaxed.
