C O M M O N O R D E R Admittedly, the writ petitioners had not submitted their applications on the last date notified in the recruitment notification for the appointment to the post of Computer Instructors Grade-I in School Education Department for the year 2018-2019.

2.In view of the fact that the writ petitioners have not submitted their applications within the date mentioned in the notification and when the petitioners state that on account of the fault in the computer process server, they could not be able to submit their applications.

3.However, such reasons cannot be accepted and at this stage, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner has chosen to withdraw this writ petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
