arrived at an amicable settlement. The Memorandum of Compromise entered into between the applicant and the 1st respondent, who are the contesting parties have been placed on record before this Court. The Mediation Centre attached to this Court has also submitted a report dated 28.04.2025 recording the terms of Settlement.

2. Learned counsel appearing for Artha Real Estate Corporation Limited has made an endorsement in the Court bundle stating that no relief is sought for as against the 2nd respondent. The said endorsement is recorded. Accordingly, the Applications filed by the applicant, Artha Real Estate Corporation Limited as against the 2nd respondent, is dismissed as not pressed.

3. In terms of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 26.04.2025 entered into between Artha Real Estate Corporation Limited and Mr.Ranvir R. Shah, these Applications are disposed of. The memorandum of Compromise dated 26.04.2025 shall form part of this order. Consequently, Arb.A.No.226 of 2024 is also disposed of.
