ORDER

Alleging that the UDR patta has been wrongly issued to the second respondent, the petitioner made a representation dated 15.07.2015 to the first respondent. As the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 15.07.2015 and without going into the merits of the same, the petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hearing the petitioner as well as the second respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
