Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that initially a case was registered in Crime No.828 of 2013 for offence under Sections 341, 324 and 506 (ii) of the IPC and later, on 7.2.2014, the case was altered into one for the offence under Sections 341, 326 and 307 of the IPC and final report is yet to be filed.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that proper persons were not arrayed as accused and the respondents may be directed to array proper persons as accused.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the fact that the investigation is pending and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

final report is yet to be filed, direction sought for cannot be granted at this stage. Hence, this Criminal O.P. is dismissed. However, it is open to the respondents to array proper persons as accused on the basis of investigation and it is also open to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for the aforesaid relief.
