The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.09.2015
2. The petitioner is a senior citizen and a social worker. The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 24.09.2015 with regard to erection of unauthorized digital banners. Since no action was taken on the said complaint, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint C.S.R.No.825 of 2015 has been signed and the same is pending enquiry.
