(CR.NO.721 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner appearing before the respondent police, Thiruchengode Town Police Station, Namakkal District on the first working day of every month until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P No.4725/2020 in Crl M.P No.3322/2020 in Crl.O.P No.1862/2019 dated 06.08.2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4725 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.3322 of 2020 in Crl.O.P. No.1862 of 2020 on 06.08.2020 to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
