ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is a previous enmity between the petitioner and one Devadoss with regard to the real estate business. It was further submitted that the said Devadoss has previous cases against him, and proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. have already been initiated against him, for which a bond has been executed. Further, he fairly admitted that no previous case is pending against the petitioner and therefore, the provisions of Section 110 Cr.P.C.would not be arrived to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner would not be summoned again.
