Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the second respondent police to register First Information Report in the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.05.2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the share of the petitioner has been trespassed by one Rajaram gounder and D.R.Chandragupan jointly and also the patta has been changed in their name by making focus certificate. Further, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.75 of 2015 before the respondent police.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable office is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumar v. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
